Delivery Information

Delivery Within Bahrain

  • Computia delivers orders across Bahrain using our own in-house delivery team.
  • Delivery time is 3 to 5 hours if the item is in stock.
  • Deliveries are made between 12 PM and 12 AM.
  • For products not yet in stock and arriving in the next shipment, delivery will be completed on the arrival date (e.g. if the item arrives on the 15th of July, delivery will take place on that day).
  • Please note that Computia is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Note (rare): delivery can take up to 24 hours due to factors beyond our control.

International Delivery

For orders shipped outside Bahrain:
Delivery time is approximately 4 to 5 working days.

Note (rare): international delivery may take up to 14 days.

Tracking & Shipping Partners

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Bahrain: Flat rate BHD 1.500.
International: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and weight of your order. You can check your shipping cost during checkout or on our shipping information page.

التوصيل داخل البحرين

  • تقوم Computia بتوصيل الطلبات في جميع أنحاء البحرين باستخدام فريق التوصيل الخاص بالشركة.
  • مدة التوصيل عادة 3 إلى 5 ساعات إذا كان المنتج متوفراً.
  • يتم التوصيل بين 12 ظهراً و12 منتصف الليل.
  • بالنسبة للمنتجات غير المتوفرة حالياً والتي ستصل مع الشحنة القادمة، سيتم التوصيل في يوم وصول المنتج (مثال: إذا وصل المنتج يوم 15 يوليو، فسيتم التوصيل في نفس اليوم).
  • يرجى ملاحظة أن Computia غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخيرات ناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل الظروف الجوية القاسية أو القيود الحكومية أو المشكلات اللوجستية غير المتوقعة.

للطلبات المشحونة خارج البحرين:
مدة التوصيل عادة 4 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

تنبيه (نادر): قد يستغرق التوصيل الدولي حتى 14 يوماً.

تتبع الطلب وشركات الشحن

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رقم تتبع لمتابعة شحنتك.

تكاليف الشحن

داخل البحرين: رسوم ثابتة قدرها 1.500 دينار بحريني.
دولياً: تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب الوجهة ووزن الطلب. يمكنك معرفة تكلفة الشحن أثناء إتمام الطلب أو عبر صفحة معلومات الشحن.
