cPoints Loyalty Program Policy

What Are cPoints?

cPoints are loyalty points you earn when shopping at Computia.me. You can collect cPoints through purchases or specific promotional activities and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

How to Earn cPoints

  • Purchases: Earn 10 cPoints for every 1 BHD spent.
  • Promotions: Occasionally, special promotions or events may award bonus cPoints.
  • Account Activities: Completing your profile, writing product reviews, daily login, or other activities also earn points.

How to Redeem cPoints

  • cPoints can be redeemed during checkout for discounts on eligible products.
  • Maximum Redemption Limit:
    • You can redeem cPoints for up to 50% of the total value of a single order. For example, if your order total is 5 BHD, you may use points for a maximum discount of 2.5 BHD. The remaining 2.5 BHD must be paid with money.
    • You can use a maximum of 50% of your current cPoints balance toward a single purchase. For example, if you have 10,000 cPoints, you can use up to 5,000 points in one transaction.
  • Redemption rate: 1 BHD discount = 1,000 cPoints.
  • Minimum redemption threshold may apply (e.g. 500 cPoints minimum per order).
  • cPoints cannot be used on discounted or digital products.
  • cPoints cannot be used for Computia.me services (e.g. assembly, troubleshooting).
  • cPoints cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry and Limitations

  • cPoints expire after 12 months from the date they were earned if unused.
  • cPoints are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
  • Computia.me reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of returns, order cancellations, or suspected misuse.

Returns and cPoints

  • If you return a purchase, any cPoints earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
  • If you used cPoints to pay for part of an order that is later refunded, those cPoints may be re-credited to your account instead of a cash refund.

Program Changes

Computia.me reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the cPoints program at any time.

ما هي cPoints؟

cPoints هي نقاط ولاء تكسبها عند التسوق من موقع Computia.me. يمكنك جمع هذه النقاط من خلال المشتريات أو الأنشطة الترويجية الخاصة واستبدالها للحصول على خصومات على طلباتك المستقبلية.

كيف تكسب cPoints

  • المشتريات: تكسب 10 نقاط cPoints مقابل كل 1 دينار بحريني يتم إنفاقه.
  • العروض الترويجية: أحياناً تُمنح نقاط إضافية عبر العروض أو الفعاليات الخاصة.
  • أنشطة الحساب: إكمال بيانات الملف الشخصي، كتابة تقييمات المنتجات، تسجيل الدخول اليومي، أو غيرها من الأنشطة تكسبك نقاطاً إضافية.

كيفية استبدال cPoints

  • يمكن استبدال نقاط cPoints أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء للحصول على خصومات على المنتجات المؤهلة.
  • الحد الأقصى للاستبدال:
    • يمكنك استبدال النقاط حتى 50٪ من القيمة الإجمالية للطلب الواحد. على سبيل المثال، إذا كان إجمالي الطلب 5 دينار بحريني، يمكنك استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم بحد أقصى 2.5 دينار بحريني، ويجب دفع المبلغ المتبقي نقداً.
    • يمكنك استخدام حد أقصى قدره 50٪ من رصيد نقاطك الحالي في معاملة واحدة. مثلاً، إذا كان لديك 10,000 نقطة cPoints، يمكنك استخدام حتى 5,000 نقطة في عملية شراء واحدة.
  • معدل الاستبدال: خصم 1 دينار بحريني = 1,000 نقطة cPoints.
  • قد يُطبق حد أدنى للاستبدال (مثلاً 500 نقطة كحد أدنى لكل طلب).
  • لا يمكن استخدام نقاط cPoints على المنتجات المخفضة أو الرقمية.
  • لا يمكن استخدام نقاط cPoints لخدمات Computia.me مثل التجميع أو حل المشكلات.
  • لا يمكن استبدال نقاط cPoints نقداً.

انتهاء صلاحية النقاط والقيود

  • تنتهي صلاحية نقاط cPoints بعد 12 شهراً من تاريخ اكتسابها إذا لم يتم استخدامها.
  • النقاط غير قابلة للتحويل ويمكن استخدامها فقط من قبل صاحب الحساب الذي اكتسبها.
  • يحتفظ Computia.me بالحق في تعديل أرصدة النقاط في حال حدوث عمليات إرجاع أو إلغاء للطلبات أو في حالة الاشتباه في سوء الاستخدام.

الإرجاع ونقاط cPoints

  • في حال إرجاع أي طلب، سيتم خصم النقاط المكتسبة من ذلك الطلب من رصيدك.
  • إذا استخدمت نقاط cPoints لدفع جزء من طلب تم استرجاعه لاحقاً، فقد يتم إعادة إضافة تلك النقاط إلى حسابك بدلاً من رد المبلغ نقداً.

تغييرات البرنامج

يحتفظ Computia.me بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف برنامج cPoints في أي وقت.
